About

Victoria provides menopause support to individuals and businesses. She has worked in the NHS as a nurse for over two decades, as well as working in clinical management, leadership, coaching, and primary care. She has a special professional interest in menopause and her passion is to help individuals navigate perimenopause and post-menopause.
She has published articles in health journals, written a chapter in a menopause book and provides speaker events at local, regional and national levels. She has completed the Menopause Special Skills Theory Course in addition to Menopause The Foundations. She is a member of the Primary Care Women's Health Forum and the British Menopause Society, and the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health.
Victoria is a strong believer in continuous professional development and sees this as a guarantee to prospective clients that she takes her business seriously; whilst demonstrating a continuous improvement of services available.
She has always been driven to support people to develop themselves into more inspired, motivated and confident people, who realise they can achieve a smoother menopause transition, and career and life aspirations.

Whether you are perimenopausal, postmenopausal or due to have or recently had a hysterectomy, Victoria can support you through what can be an unsettling time, to enable you to feel in control and confident.
