Victoria's passion is to help individuals navigate perimenopause and post-menopause, and she has published articles in health journals and written a chapter in a menopause book on this subject. Victoria has completed the Menopause Special Skills Theory Course and Menopause The Foundations, which are recognised training courses for menopause professionals. She has completed the FSRH course in menopause care and is a BMS accredited CBT course facilitator.
